Hi, I'm Vicky — a real estate agent based in Central Otago with a genuine passion for helping people sell smarter.

I spent years selling our own properties, and looking back, I could have got a better price — but selling your own home is intimidating. I didn't do everything I should have and I definitely left money on the table. The problem? I'd had bad experiences with real estate agents and couldn't justify paying what they wanted for a sub-standard service.

The only way I saw to do better was to get my real estate licence and offer a better service myself — one with a strategy tailored to every home, top-notch marketing, and a commission that was never the issue because the service was that good. And that's exactly what I did.

I've sold houses from the hundreds of thousands to the millions, and one thing has always stayed the same: my strategy and how I handle buyers when it comes to negotiation. I don't turn my phone off. I don't clock off at 5pm. I don't ignore emails at night — because you need to strike while the iron's hot.

I work under the Arizto model because I believe sellers deserve full service without the full commission. My flat-fee approach means you keep more of what your property is worth — and I work just as hard as any traditional agent, if not harder.
